June 3, 2024 | DC: Sustain360°™ is excited to announce its participation as an exhibitor at the 2024 Innovative Housing Showcase in Washington, D.C., from June 7-9.
At the showcase, Sustain360°™ and our partner ESGDigital (https://www.esgdigital.ai/) will focus on raising awareness about sustainable housing design strategies that significantly reduce Scope 3 carbon emissions while substantially cutting construction costs. Our exhibit will feature a GenAI-powered Responsible Carbon Management and Circularity platform, designed to help achieve a 36% reduction in carbon emissions and an 18% reduction in material costs.
The Innovative Housing Showcase, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R), celebrates its fourth year in 2024, continuing its mission to highlight cutting-edge housing solutions.
